The Lebanese family business, William Maktabi asked me to illustrate a series of scenes/edifices that will represent the architectural history of Saudi Arabia. Three illustrations ranging from and ancient architecture, late 20th century architecture and modern architecture. These illustrations have been used to create three carpets and three blankets used as merchandising for the Saudi Arabian Biennale itself.
